Once approved, your applicable Buyback Value is processed via direct bank transfer within 2–4 working days.

Inspection Standards
We understand jewelry is made to be worn. Products showing normal wear from everyday use remain eligible.
However, buyback may be rejected if inspection reveals any of the following:
Changed or deformed shape
Unauthorized polishing or re-plating
Missing stones or decorative elements
Third-party repairs or servicing
Broken components
Chemical or heat damage
Deep dents or severe scratches
Counterfeit or modified products
Any condition affecting authenticity or structural integrity

How is my Buyback Value issued?
The method of settlement (bank transfer or store credit) is determined by the Buyback Policy applicable to your original purchase. Eligible purchases remain governed by the policy in effect on the date the order was placed.
Who pays for shipping?
Customers are responsible for safely packaging and arranging secure, traceable shipment of the jewelry to our designated return facilities.
What if my jewelry fails inspection?
If a product does not satisfy our structural authenticity or resale standards, the request will be declined and the piece safely returned to you.
Can I buy back multiple products?
Yes. Multiple eligible items from your verified purchase history can be processed simultaneously, provided each satisfies the age window criteria.
Can I cancel a buyback request?
You can cancel your request at any point before physically shipping the product to our quality inspection facility.

Important Conditions
- Buyback is available only for eligible products purchased through the official J JEWWEL CO website.
- The buyback percentage is calculated on the original amount paid by the customer.
- Products must successfully pass our authentication and quality inspection.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the jewelry for return shipment.
- J JEWWEL CO reserves the right to decline buyback requests where fraud, counterfeiting, or material misrepresentation is reasonably suspected.
- This Buyback Assurance applies only to eligible purchases. Purchases already covered will continue to be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
- J JEWWEL CO may introduce, modify, or discontinue buyback settlement methods for future purchases at its sole discretion. Such changes will not affect purchases already covered.
- In the event of any inconsistency between promotional material and this policy, the terms of this policy shall prevail.
