Payments are accepted only through authorised payment methods available during checkout.


Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation or successful verification for eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE


Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance by J JEWWEL CO.


Acceptance occurs only when the order has been dispatched.


J JEWWEL CO reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment failure

8. SHIPPING


Shipping timelines are estimates only.


J JEWWEL CO shall not be liable for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, public holidays, government actions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed exclusively by the J JEWWEL CO Return, Refund & Exchange Policy published on our website.


Customers agree to comply with all eligibility requirements contained within that policy.

10. BUYBACK ASSURANCE


Eligible products purchased through the official J JEWWEL CO website may qualify under our Buyback Assurance.


Subject to successful authentication and inspection:


  • Eligible products returned within six (6) months from the date of delivery may qualify for a Buyback Value equal to 50% of the original purchase price paid.
  • Eligible products returned after six (6) months and up to twelve (12) months from the date of delivery may qualify for a Buyback Value equal to 25% of the original purchase price paid.


The Buyback Value is calculated on the final amount actually paid after discounts, coupons, promotional offers or credits.


Buyback requests may be initiated through:


  • Email
  • QR Code provided with the order
  • Official WhatsApp Support


Customers must contact J JEWWEL CO using the registered mobile number associated with the original purchase.


Order IDs are not required as purchase history will be verified using the registered mobile number.


Following preliminary approval, customers must securely ship the product to the address provided by J JEWWEL CO.


Returned products are subject to authentication and physical inspection.


Approved Buyback requests will be settled in accordance with the Buyback Policy applicable to the original purchase.


Policy Version Protection


The Buyback Assurance applicable to an eligible purchase shall be the version of the Buyback Policy in effect on the date that order was placed. Any future changes, revisions, suspension or modification of the Buyback Assurance shall apply only to eligible purchases made after the revised policy becomes effective, unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. BUYBACK ELIGIBILITY


Products showing normal wear from ordinary use remain eligible.


However, Buyback requests may be declined if inspection reveals:


  • Deformed shape
  • Missing stones
  • Broken components
  • Deep dents
  • Severe scratches
  • Unauthorized polishing
  • Replating
  • Third-party repairs
  • Chemical damage
  • Counterfeit products
  • Modified products
  • Any condition materially affecting authenticity, structural integrity or resale suitability


The inspection decision of J JEWWEL CO shall be final.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION


J JEWWEL CO reserves the right to verify:


  • Customer identity
  • Ownership
  • Purchase history
  • Payment information
  • Product authenticity


before approving any order, exchange, refund or Buyback request.


Fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of services and refusal of future transactions.

All website content including logos, designs, photographs, videos, graphics, product descriptions, trademarks and brand assets remain the exclusive property of J JEWWEL CO.
